 Circular Arc Internal Gear Pump

Application:
The YCB internal gear pump is used to transport liquid with temperature is no higher than 80 degree centigrade such as lube oil, lubrication oil, so the pump is called lubrication gear pump, diesel oil, grease, crude oil, it may be called it as oil gear pump, it also can be used in the mechanical force transferring by hydraulic pumping system, the or in Oil pipelining to transport the oil, or develop system pressure, the gear pump is designed for 5×10-6~1.5×10-3m2/s(5-1500cSt) liquid.

Description:
The gear pump is consisted of gears , shaft, pump case optioned of casting iron, steel, stainless steel, and bearings cover, sealer of shaft end, since considered designing and accurately manufacturing, all the parts of the gear pump working closely and smoothly, so the pump has low- noise and long service life, volumetric efficiency higher.
The gear pump is installed safe valve as protection valve allows that the reflux pressure limited 1.5-fold higher than displacement pressure, (the safe valve is only taking the task of protection but used to be working valve, the working valve can be installed on the pipe if asked)

We can offer two kinds of sealing end of the shaft as mechanical sealing and filled sealing with filled stuff, this is will be implemented by asking.
