Application:
YCB pumps are gear pumps made of stainless steel, The stainless steel pumps are used for transferring the media without solid particles, the pumps are lubricated by media transferred, the temperature is no higher than 200℃,viscosity is5×10-6~1.5×10-3m2/s(5-1500cSt),the stainless steel pumps have widely applications of transferring and transportation medias like lubrication oils, chemicals, grease, or others have self-lubrication substances, the pumps may be used:
1. As pressure increasing pump in the pipeline
2. As fuel oil injection pumps in fuel oils transportation
3. As hydraulic pump used hydraulic system
4. As lubrication pump used on the machines and equipment

Structures:
The pumps are gear pumps, made of pump gear, pump shaft, and pump cover, shaft seal, precision manufacturing make these pumps have long service life and no extra noise, safe valve provides overloading protection, set the reflux rate 1.5 fold, the valve do not replace the valves ,the safe is a protection valve for safe only, the gear pumps have sealing methods to seal the pumps, the packing seal and mechanical seal are optional.
